Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $1,456 per week

About the role

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, with the possibility to float to the medical-surgical unit on occasion. The PTA will join a collaborative team of professionals that includes another Physical Therapist, PTA, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing therapy interventions and treatment plans.
• Provide direct care to patients recovering from various conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and report any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
