Travel Physical Therapy Assistant Home Health - $1,694 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Morgan City, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness
- Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide support to patients in their recovery process
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Previous home health experience
- HCHB experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Weekend or on-call coverage may be needed if available and if needed
- Coverage area includes the entire care center service area
