About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting ASAP in West Melbourne, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) required
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Basic computer skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
