About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Paulsboro, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and assisting with mobility exercises.
Requirements
- BLS certification.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
