About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Detroit, Michigan. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a competitive pay package.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Help patients with mobility and strength training
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
