LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Petaluma, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in patient care conferences
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy and discharge plans
- Maintain an active PTA license in good standing
- Cover holidays as required
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Experience providing patient treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Proficient with PointClickCare and Casamba EMR systems
- Strong documentation skills, including daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- Must maintain an active PTA license in good standing
