Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $2,250 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Bethel, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in patient care activities
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• Preferred experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• OR FSBPT paperwork completed to practice as a Student Physical Therapist Assistant while awaiting licensure (per facility policy)
• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification
• Cerner certification

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
