About the Role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress accurately using Epic
- Travel to patient homes throughout the assigned service area
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health PTA experience
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License (Pending license accepted)
- BLS Certification
- First-time travelers welcome to apply
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
