Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Boone, North Carolina. This position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift (08:00–16:00).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.
• Ability to travel and work on a contract basis.
