Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Carmichael, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of California.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing quality patient care.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical terminology and understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
