SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Bethel, AK.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 1 year full time PTA Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Alaska.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

32 hours per week, 8 hours shift.
