Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,946 per week

Zack Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Lamar, Colorado. The start date is August 3, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• At least 2 years of recent PTA experience.
• Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current BLS certification.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker reference.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Schedule

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
