About the Opportunity

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands‑on patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in Federal Way, Washington. This travel role offers flexible career opportunities and is open to new graduate PTAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient response and report progress to the PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and functional mobility.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule

• Full‑Time (40 hours per week).
• Shift: 8‑hour days (07:00 – 15:00).
• Flexible scheduling options available.
• Guaranteed hours (assignment‑dependent).
• Start date: 10/12/2026.
• Assignment duration: 26 weeks.
