About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities of daily living.
- Help patients maintain mobility and independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
