About the role
CenterWell Home Health is seeking an experienced PTA for a 13-week assignment in Fernley, Nevada. The PTA will provide therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, safety, and independence.

- Active NV PTA License
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
