About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Help patients with positioning, transfers, and ambulation techniques.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- 1 year full time PTA Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
Pay Rate Range: $37.40 - $44.20 Pay Rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
