Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Oakland, California.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement treatment plans for patients under the supervision of physical therapists.
- Work closely with patients to help them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
- Create a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

- Pass all credentialing requirements.
