Travel position in Yuma, Colorado. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Employment Type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Caseload: 60-70% outpatient, 30-40% inpatient, swing bed, and home health
- Perform as a team member in a collaborative environment
- Utilize computer systems for documentation and communication
Requirements
- Active LPTA license
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Pay
