About the role
Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Vernon, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a drug screening
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay
