About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Columbia, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities such as positioning, turning, and transferring patients.
- Help with exercises and treatments as directed by physical therapists.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in a home health setting preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Pass a background check.
