Requirements
- Current Resume
- Active or Pending State License as an PTA
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PTA
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- Must have an active License in hand and have at least 2 years of recent PTA experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
