Triage Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week travel job in Salinas, California. The start date is July 27, 2026, and the shift is 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques
