Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,732 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 26-week assignment in Mauldin, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Perform tasks such as positioning, mobilization, and exercise instruction.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Current state license and minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or equivalent certification.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.

Qualifications

Must possess a current state license and a minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Must hold an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and/or have passed the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants. Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using medical equipment.

Pay

Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
