About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract starting July 6, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and according to established protocols.
Requirements
- Active PTA License
- SNF/LTC Experience (preferred)
