About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities such as exercise, stretching, and mobility training.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a physical therapy assistant program.
- Pass a background check.
