Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities such as positioning, mobility, and therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
