About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Pittsburg, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessments, treatments, and education.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- 1 year full time PTA Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Kansas.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Pay
Pay Rate Range: $33.00 - $39.00 Pay Rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hour shift.
