Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Nurse with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima). A current California nursing license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current and active California nursing license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is advantageous.

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days
