Vibra Travels is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Naples, Florida. The role involves supporting physical therapy services in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting, helping patients improve mobility and functional outcomes while traveling the country.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities.
• Maintain familiarity with documentation standards and electronic medical record systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients and provide education on exercises and care plans.
• Work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
• Remain free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol while on the job.

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a PTA in a hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient setting.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
