Requirements

• Current or pending state PTA license (or equivalent compact license)
• Active BLS and/or specialty certifications for PTA
• Minimum 2 years of recent PTA experience
• Current resume
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening
