Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Artesia, New Mexico. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of New Mexico
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
