Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Plainfield, Connecticut. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a duration of 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Help patients with mobility and rehabilitation activities
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
