Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,575 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Oxford, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Help patients with mobility and functional activities
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members

Requirements

• Active therapy state license and corresponding education credentials
• Experience in physical therapy assistant roles (preferred but not required)
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) or equivalent

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
