About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Wilmington, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities such as positioning, transferring, and mobility exercises.
- Help patients with therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members as necessary.
Requirements
- 1 year full time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $30.25 - $35.75 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8 hours shift.
