Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Placentia, California. Start date: ASAP; Duration: 13 weeks. A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join their growing team for a contract assignment. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

Requirements

• Earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of application for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8‑hour shifts
