Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a duration of 5x8 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform routine therapy activities under supervision
• Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Virginia
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Pass a background check

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, days, Monday through Friday, from 08:00:00 to 16:00:00.
