Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,546 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Newport, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities such as exercise, range of motion exercises, and other therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Ensure all patient care activities comply with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in acute inpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used in healthcare settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
