About the role
Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Waterville, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform routine therapy activities under supervision
- Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a therapeutic setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
