Job Summary
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting licensed physical therapists in providing patient care in a hospital setting. This position offers a 12-week travel assignment starting on July 27, 2026, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift, days.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in the specialty of the job applying for
- A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Active License in the state of the job location (if applicable)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
