Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,500 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid active license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Location in Bloomington, Indiana

Additional Information

• Credentialing and document completion with ATI outside of the AMN Healthcare clearance packet are required before the assignment can commence.
• Candidates with prior perm/PRN work at ATI within the past year are ineligible for rehire until after a separation period of one year.
• Previous traveler work at ATI more than a year prior is acceptable; verification of eligibility should be confirmed.
• Parking will be provided during the first day of orientation, and dress code details will be shared at that time.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
