About the role
A travel Physical Therapy Assistant position is available in North Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
