Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,484 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting in Garner, North Carolina. This position assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, days schedule. Contract duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week.
