Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
• Provides care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, transfers, and exercises.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
