About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in South Amboy, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient positioning, equipment setup, and documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Current state license and one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or successful completion of the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.
Qualifications
Must meet the requirements listed above and be eligible for the position.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using medical terminology and equipment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
8 hours, days shift.
