Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,467 per week

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Wethersfield, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform routine therapy activities under supervision
• Help maintain patient records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic computer skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
