About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Massachusetts
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screen
Skills
- Proficient in computer software used in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Pay
Competitive, custom pay packages are offered based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a start date of July 7, 2026.
