Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,453 per week

About the role

This is a contract position with a great SNF / LTC facility looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of applying for current state licensure.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
