Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and progress documentation.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy assistant license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or completion of a related program.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
