Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,450 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Wellington, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and progress monitoring.
• Help patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy state license and required education credentials.
• Experience in physical therapy assistant roles is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized physical therapy assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
