Requirements

• Current resume
• Active or pending state license as a PTA (compact license acceptable)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for PTA
• At least 2 years of recent PTA experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
